Volunteer Opportunities

Even babies can help monitor turtles!

The Wildlife Project welcomes volunteers!

Right now, we are seeking community members to assist with:

  • Helping to build three new turtle nesting beaches during the month of March
  • Monitoring known turtle nests to watch for the emergence of tiny hatchlings from April to June
  • Assisting with amphibian breeding surveys from April to June
  • Assisting with our turtle nesting surveys between late May and early July

Volunteering is a great way to have fun, meet nice people, learn about our local wildlife, and help make the world a better place! We would be glad to have you join the project even if you are only available for a few hours once a week.
